Costs
The cost of both the guesthouse (address: Am Weendespring 12 a) and the apartment (address: Am Weendespring 12) is the same:
at least 2 – 3 days € 95.00 per day
as from 4 days € 75.00 per day
The cost of long-term tenancy is by individual arrangement.
All the following costs are included in the booking fee: cleaning, bed linen, towels, telephone (landline within Germany), internet, and, of course, energy and water.
Cancellation of reservation: there are no costs for cancellation up to 22 days before arrival.
Any deposits already paid will be returned. Charges are as follows: a fee of 40% for cancellation between 21 and 8 days before arrival; a fee of 80% for cancellation between the 7th and last days before arrival; all costs must be paid if arrival is delayed or departure brought forward. Cancellation must be in writing.
